Registration fees

The registration fees include participation in all sessions or public events, including the opening and closing ceremonies, and access to the exhibition area (within the maximum capacity of the hall, and in compliance with applicable safety and sanitary measures). They also include coffee breaks and Icebreaker.
Participation in the Gala Dinner is subject to a specific payment in addition to the Conference fees.
The fees do not cover transfers to/from the airport or train station, local transport, meals, accommodation, excursions and/or insurance.

*Proof of student status is required to justify student rate and to validate registration. Please send a copy of your student card or certificate to within 10 days of your online registration or your registration will be cancelled.

Registration cancellation procedure

If you no longer wish or are unable to attend IAHS 2022, you may transfer your registration to another member of your organisation (same category of participants), if you inform the congress organisation in advance.

If you wish to cancel your participation, the refund policy for registration fees applies as follows:

Cancellation request submitted until 28 February 2022	70% refund
Cancellation request submitted between 1 March and 30 April 2022	50% refund
Cancellation request submitted after 1 May 2022	No refund
No-show	No refund

Terms of payment

Your registration will only be validated once full payment has been received.

You can pay the registration fees in Euros by credit card (Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard) or by bank transfer. In case of payment by bank transfer, please make sure that the name of the participant is mentioned. Bank charges and fees related to the transfer of money are at the expense of the participant.
